Makeup Artist Beau Nelson Shares With KSN How To Get Kristen’s Red Hot Cannes Look!

Earlier today Kristen stepped out to support Rob for the Cannes premiere of his new film ‘Cosmopolis’ leaving heads turning and tongues wagging. From her stunning red Reem Acra gown to her flawless bombshell makeup courtesy of (our personal favorite) Beau Nelson. Mr.Nelson was nice enough to share with KSN how he created this sexy siren look:

For Kirsten’s red hot Reem Acra dress at the Cannes premier of Cosmopolis I wanted to do something special and modern but still classically Hollywood. I created a flawless base and used taupe shadow to accentuate her eye shape, and then used tiny clear micro glitter so fine it almost looks wet over the shadow for a shine effect. I made the lashline very black by using a carbon black mascara and individual lashes. Cheeks were gently contoured and a sheer red blush was added to the cheekbone. Lips were lined and filled in with red pencil and then topped with a red orange lipstick.

Products used:
Illamasqua skin base foundation

Maybelline age rewind concealer

Laura Mercier brightening powder

NARS blondie shadow

Loreal carbon black mascara

Chanel illusion d’ombré in the clear glitter shade

NARS blush in amour

Paul and joe brow pencil #2

Nars lip pencil in jungle red

NARS lipstick in heatwave
