I think they mean by rhythm is that maybe Rob or Jackson had their guitar and was singing. That is my best guess.

She means that most of the cast (Kellen, the Volturi guys and some of the other clans) were out at  bar last night in BR. They were dancing according to some on lookers. Rob was not there and neither were Kristen and Taylor.
