Movie theory: Is this part of the voting scene and then telling Jake at the end of New Moon? (possible movie spoilers)

Pictures that have surfaced from the New Moon Companion (that leaked early) that comes out October 6th. The photos I am going to show looks like (in my opinion) to be from 2 scenes near the end of New Moon.

This first picture I believe is Bella in the Cullen's house for "the vote". I can't remember another time in New Moon where Bella is in the house after the party. Edward is standoffish in the background which goes with his demeanor during this scene. But it was also supposed to be at the Cullen kitchen table so there is room for error. But then look at the next couple of pictures and see where i go with this theory.

Same shirt and in the woods talking to Jacob. This could be getting back from the vote and before going into the house the threesome have a talk in the woods. Where Bella tells Jake about her decisions regarding her future with the Cullen family & Edward. I don't remember another time in New Moon where the 3 of them were standing like this pictured, do you?

Edward gives them space to talk, but doesn't get too far away.
Looks like a very emotional talk between Bella and Jacob. It would only be that emotional after close times together.

Edward in the same clothes as pictured above. Looks like he is either getting Bella's bag or getting into the car. Notice Charlie on the porch and I don't see Bella.

So I could be totally wrong but wanted to know what you all thought about this????

But then the pics from the woods threw me off cause I read somewhere else that those scenes were when Jacob was telling her that he wasnt the right kind of monster for her and well it made sense to "edward" be in that scene telling her to not make Jacob angry... But seeing all these pics together i think that the first one is fron like when they r leaving from the vote scene, the others when she was telling jacob, and the last one arriving from Italy, hence Charlie in the porch and no Bella, cause otherwise what is Alice doing there if its after the vote, so I think is before the vote when Bella is sleeping her 3-days in Italy. That's my opinion.

i can be sure 85% that's the scene cuz' look at Edward's face, he's not too happy
and i can't even remember another time that Bella is on the Cullen's house (except for her birthday & the voting scene)

Comment by Sonia Gutierrez on October 4, 2009 at 9:31pm: First scene is when she first arrives to the Cullen house for the vote..... that could have taken place in the evening like in the book..... The scene with Jacob and Edward is when she comes back from work and Jacob had taken the motorcycles to Charlie.... this was earlier in the day before the vote. It cant be when they arrive from Italy... Charlie would be far more upset..... Thats my theory!

Yup the first is most definitely the vote scene...

The second is after the vote (obviously) .. when she sees Jake in the end..

And the last is when they're coming back from Italy (I'm thinking) cause does she change before they vote?? Or doesn't she just wake up and leave cause she wanted to know then and there..and didn't want to wake Charlie??.... I remember cause Edward said we have to go before Charlie wakes up...

Idk I'm pretty much set on about the first ones.

This is where bella is angry at jacob because she doesnt understand why jacob would betray her but i think ur right for the first pic tht it is before,during or after the vote.

Comment by Lacey on October 4, 2009 at 10:37pm: I agree that the first pictures are of the vote because there wasn't any other moment when they were in the house and there would have been special effects added if edward was watching over her when she went back to the house after it had been abandoned. The second set of pictures i agree is when Jacob drobs off the motorcycles and Bella and Edward go in the woods to talk to him. Its when Bella is pretty much telling Jacob goodbye since he doesn't feel he can be friends with her. The last picture I think is a shot from when Bella and Edward go back to school after Italy. She says in the book how things go back to normal as if he had never left. So maybe they all ride together one day. Or it could very possibly be from when they get back from Italy. But I do have to agree that Charlie would probably not be leaning against a pole right as Bella comes home from Italy. He was a little bit more pissed in the book. Just some thoughts!! :)

I think that right after thhe vote at the Cullens house Edward and Bella bump into Jacob and they have their little talk. The last pic is when Edward, Bella and Alice get back from Italy and Edward drops bella of at her house so she can sleep. By the looks of Cahrlie Edward is "pretending" to leave. He of course will sneak into her room
