Of course all this is glammed up by the necessities of Hollywood. Stewart may be a reluctant denizen of the spotlight, but she's not afraid to show off her long legs in skin-baring minis. Herve Leger, Valentino, messy hair, short skirts and toned-down sparkle are her go-tos.

For an actress who has already had a successful 10-year movie career, Fanning isn't trying to fool anyone with her style. The teen queen has developed an appropriately girly and demure code of dress and is not afraid to wear powder pink to a premiere. Her favourite ensembles include strapless frocks and sweet rompers. While she may not be a daring ingénue, we applaud her for keeping the young in Young Hollywood.
