My conversation with Gil Birmingham via Twitter
I was on Twitter earlier...
Hey guys! I was on Twitter earlier today, doing what I normally do. Talking to friends, keeping up with the latest and greatest news, looking for stuff to blog about on Twifans (stuff that may interest us, the fans) and BAMMM!!!! It happened. I responded to Gil Birmingham's (Billy Black-Jacob's father in the Twilight Saga) tweet with my normal sense of humor and he responded back...more than once. I was so excited, ok, I AM SO EXCITED. Granted, it wasn't the conversation most fans would get all frenzied about, after all, he didn't offer me his phone number or even share any deep secrets with me. Cool, just the same.
However, I am sure most fans would appreciate the fact that Gil even took the time to respond to my Tweet. He appears to be very humble, have a great sense of humor, and is a normal every day person like you and me! To think it all started over Gil cleaning! LOL!!! Yep, we tweeted to eachother! Below is the conversation we had:

That was so cool. Glad you were there, too. I'm happy that Gil took the time out to respond to one of my quirky comments. I so enjoy it when the stars talk to us and we can see them as real people. At the end of the day, they are normal people like us. That is just fantastic! Thanks for being there and noticing. I so love Twifans.

so lucky! i met a women on Tuesday, who works for Do Something. and i was talking to her about Teens for Jeans, the campaign that Ashley did, and the girl was like Ashley was wonder! She was so nice! And in my head i was like YOU MET ASHLEY GREENE?! lol. i was excited that i meet someone that meet her! lol.

Well u r right, Olga. But I TRY to stay positive, even when I blog. I know that opinions can run very strong when people are taking sides and people can say very mean and hateful stuff. But for the most part, me being a part of Twifans has been a positive experience. Not everyone will agree with my point of view, what I believe in or what I blog about and that is their right. I respect that. I try to take the high road, but I am human and even I can say some mean things. But in the end, we can all pull together and I would like to think that we would have eachother's backs.
