Mystery New Moon Still

Ok so I was googling some Eclipse trailer stills, particularly searching and failing for the scene where Edward puts the ring on my (Bella's) finger, and I came across this oddity in my search.

Now this appears to be Edward and Alice bringing me(Bella) home from Italy and this website posted this last December, and at the time, they suggested that it was a deleted scene. Well the DVDs are here now, and there is no such deleted scene, at least not on my Target three Disk Delux Edition.

So what in the world could this be?
Does anyone know?

Comment by Kayla (Team Switzerland) on April 29, 2010 at 11:12pm: when edward carries bella out of the car perhaps?? i think i see someone in the car..in the back...maybe when she woke up when she was dreaming about the screams in Italy before they enter the elevaator and then wakes up to Edwards refreshing cool skin *sighhh*....maybe this was the dream they were gonna originally put in...like charlie pulls her away from edwards arms and he leaves and thats like a nightmare to her because hes leaving her (again)..and she wakes up and feels edwards hand....

did that make sense???...like basically this dream took place of the dream of the screaming in Italy..

It added more to Bella and Edward in the movie, and more Edward is ALWAYS better, and i figured it'd show my favorite part between Charlie and Edward. But then there were no signs of it anywhere!! Not on any of the dvd extras no matter what store you got the movie from. This picture was my biggest disappointment from the movie!!
