A Twitter user/Twilight fan found a New Moon promotional card which lists a March 22nd release date for the release of the DVD. This was found in the United Kingdom.

Interestingly, the Twilight DVD was released in the US and UK on March 21st, 2009.

Our guess is this date could be very legit, as Twilight and New Moon have shared very similar release schedules.
