Anyone know when/where these pictures were taken?  Rob's hair is longer. Was this a fan or friend who took them?  And... if a friend, who would take them and betray them by posting them?

I love these kinds of pics....the pics show how they`re around close people. But yeah @ EdwardFan you made a very good point there! Someone close to them has been posted these.....but i think Rob and Kris know these things may happen whether they like it or not. And it sucks, but what can you do..... I think these pics were taken last winter when RM was released.
