why is everyone so desperate for Rob and Kristen to be nominated or to win an Oscar. Neither one of them need a Oscar in order to prove they are fine actors. There are some really bad actors who have won Oscars i.e. Nicholas Cage, Cuba Gooding Jr, and Monique to name a few. I saw Black Swan and the Kings Speech. They were ok i guess but i did not see what all the fuss was about. I hope Rob and Kristen just concertrate on becoming better actors and taking smart roles and not feel they need some stupid statue to help define them as actors.

ok i disagree gloria evans. Nicolas cage is a great actor n monique is a good comedian. I dont disagree on cuba gooding jr tho. N i also dont disagree on rob and kristen. If they win thats great. I mean everyone wants to win at something in their life, but they have already won awards n fame. So they can play dress up all they want but they do need to focus on being good actors n choosin the best roles that suit them the most. Oh n if rob wants to go a different way like is rumored thats hes said b4 then i wish him all the best. I understand that being famous n the center of girl crazies every where can b alittle disturbing n he may want privacy. Which doesnt come with fame. I would hate that too if i was famous

I dont think rob og kris will be anywhere near an Oscar as long as the Twilight saga is running.

I hope that both Kristen and Rob concentrate on developing themselves more as actors each. That they encounter personal fulfillment in their personal and professional lives. If that includes an Oscar, then I hope that they both achieve that goal.  But as far as I am concerned, they are already terrific actors. I will go to see OTR, WFE and Cosmopolis. And any film that they are to support their careers.
