Question: Who Is This Guy?

I first noticed that he was almost always with Kristen so I thought he was one of her "people". Then I noticed that he was with Rob during the TCA.

I don't think he works with/for Summit because he was also with Kstew while filming "The Runaways".

Can anyone tell me who he is? Is Robsten sharing more than their shirts, shades and accessories now? Like maybe, their "team"?
