I was reading some news today and saw a story that shocked me to the core. Five siblings were shot to death by their father who then committed suicide. Upon reading more i learned that the oldest sibling, 16 year old Maxine Harrison, was a huge Twilight fan. She, like most of us, had pictures all over her room from the movie. Well this young woman will never get to see New Moon because of this heinous crime, and i propose that on November 20, 2009, when we all go see New Moon, we take a moment to remember this tragedy and to remember Maxine. I would just like to add that i did not know Maxine or her family. This is just a story that saddened me horribly and i feel that I should, on that day, count my blessings that i am still here, and set aside a moment to remember her.
