Robert Pattinson and his love life gather loads of attention each and every celebrity news cycle as the young man makes his mark on Hollywood. Now Canada is getting a taste of the actor as well as the shooting for the sequel to the smash hit Twilight moves north. Robert is the hottest young male star right now and that means his pick of the ladies, right? Sort of. While Robert Pattinson rules the set of New moon and sources claim he can capture any gal, one escapes him and that is Kristen Stewart.

Reports claim that there is a bit of a battle with Nikki Reed and Kristen competing for Rob's attention. Star explores that this week and claims that while Rob, 22, is sinking his teeth into playing vampire Edward Cullen in New Moon, the upcoming sequel to the megahit Twilight, the real drama is raging off set between Kristen Stewart and Nikki Reed.

"The girls are competing for Rob’s attention,” a source tells Star. “Kristen and Nikki both like him, and it’s getting ugly . They’re headed for major showdown Star also goes the extra mile and goes "prowling around" with Rob in Canada and claims, "Adding fuel to the fire, Rob has been paying visits to Kristen’s and Nikki’s hotel rooms! While the actresses are camped at The Sutton Place hotel in Vancouver, Rob is supposed to spend his nights at a super-secret location a couple of blocks away to thwart the hordes of acid fans."
But where is he? The juicy gossip from the celebrity magazine claims that instead he's frequently spied at the hotel, staying over with Kristen or Nikki, a source tells Star. “He often arrives late and leaves early in the morning, so we all know he’s hooking up with one of them.”

More details from Star, "One eyewitness reveals that Rob is an early-morning regular at the News Card in the hotel lobby. “He charges coffee to a suite on the ninth floor, where Nikki has a room,” says the eyewitness. “He always looks like he just woke up.” But another hotel insider dishes that shortly after Nikki, who plays Rob’s adopted vampire sister Rosalie Hale, returned to L.A. for a few days, “Rob was hitting the 12th floor, where Kristen is staying!” According to these hotel sources, Rob is a busy man!

Just my take on these odd stories coming out from NM filming... Media does this to attract hits and purchases of magazines, etc. Sometimes the stories are complete fabrication.
In the long run, these stories are interesting, but one needs to look at the actors' behavior and professionalism over time, and ask, "Does this story fit in with how this actor normally acts? with their apparent public personality?"

its so funny when media has to invent these storys because they havent got anything else to write about....Go and get a life is my advise to them...
