Rob Talks about kristen in the new Vanity Fair Interview

IN vanity fair interview with robert pattinson..he talks about kristen stewart:

“Kristen is very focused on being an actress,” Pattinson says, “I mean, that’s what she is-she’s an actress. Whereas I-I just don’t really know.”

“Are you asking me if I’m really a vampire?,” Pattinson says, laughing, when I join the nosy chorus, asking if his on-screen love mirrors his relationship in real-life. As I wait for an answer, Pattinson literally starts squirming. “Yes. Um. No, not really,” he says. “It’s pretty hard to…It’s just very traumatic,” he says cryptically.

“I mean, are you very intense about each other?,” I ask.

“Oh, I don’t know,” he says finally. “She’s cool. Even before I knew her I thought she was a really good actress. Like, I saw Into the Wild, and I thought she was really good in that. I still think there are very few girls in her class that are as good as she is. It’s funny that she’s the one doing this huge-thing.

That is, Twilight.

“When this is over,” says Pattinson, meaning the seemingly unstoppable Twilight entertainment machine, “the media will lose interest” in their alleged affair. He hopes. “There’ll be nothing to say. It won’t fit into a headline anymore. It won’t fit into a template.”

He was just happy eating chicken wings without being noticed....

No offence but he did say "But it's weird being part of that, kind of representing something you don't particulary like" when he was talking about doing photoshoots for the movie. But maybe I'm wrong. He did say he couldn't wait to be done. But that is because he hopes certain fans will stop stalking him and people will take him seriously as an actor. He is tired and I'm sure he didn't mean to generalize the twilight fan base. But there are some crazy fans out there. You can't deny it. He is just sick of certain fans stalking him and screaming in his face and you can't blame him. I do think he believes it is because fans are crazy for edward and not him. Like when a bunch of people stalkers showed up on his WFE set looking for Edward and asked him to "bite them".

Comment by TamTwilight on March 1, 2011 at 5:29pm: awww i know they have sought of gone public with this but i still seem to think Rob has a hard time saying that he has a relationship with Kristen. if i was him i would be the exact same way. i mean i'd never be able (if i was famous) to say yes i am dating so and so and yes we are together. that would just totally freak me out. and i think i know why Rob and Kristen don't seem to want to tell everyone straight out. its because of the people around the world that will respond to it. it will get way more crazy with the paparazzi and maybe even comments from random girls that tell Kristen to f off just because they a jealous of her dating Rob. Also if they are dating wouldn't you want a little more space to yourselves? To like kiss and stuff without if showing on the enternet? i know rob has been able to cope with being this famous and its always crazy for him. but what about kristen? she seems to struggle at times and if they really did straight out say they were dating, wouldn't that make Kristen's life more complicated? So i think Robs just trying to protect her from that, and he doesn't seem to mind whether we know they are dating in real life or not. So if/when that day comes and they do tell everyone that they are dating and i kind of believe they are, hopefully they will do it when twilight has died down a bit so it won't be such an ordeal.

I also believe as EdwardFan said above that yes he is still very grounded and i agree with her on that statement and how rob does not believe in every bit of information a fan would tell him about himself.

Comment by Dagny Paige on March 1, 2011 at 5:33pm: Dang, I really love the whole cast, they're all amazing actors but I feel so bad for them, how they don't have a private life you know? It must really suck to have people follow you where ever you go, I mean, is it such a big deal if they're together or not? It gets old after a while, its just been a repeat for the past three years. We love to hear about them, but with press never leaving them alone, it makes us feel bad. Poor actors/actresses. I do have to give them props though for putting up with all of it!

It'd be so cool to see them like on the streets and stuff but if it was me I wouldn't want every other person to come up to me and ask me for photos and autographs!
