Yes he is an eligible bachelor. Yes he is sexy enough for any list. Yes as far as we know he is single enough for any list. But a TV list? Not sure he qualifies but then again wasn't he on a British TV show as a geek. Or maybe I AM wrong.

I think the only way he qualifies is for being on every talk show around the world. But he did beat out the likes of Shia LeBeouf (#16), Adrian Grenier (#15) and even the Jonas Brothers (#14)!!! So woo hoo Robert.
