Robert Pattinson Feels Most Comfortable On Movie Sets

Robert Pattinson loves it when he’s at work on a movie set — because that’s where he feels most comfortable.

The British actor — who is currently in Vancouver, Canada, filming the third Twilight movie, Eclipse — says he feels more relaxed among props and scenery than he does in the real world.

“I’ve always felt more relaxed when I’m actually on set than I do in the world,” Pattinson told Hello! magazine. “I feel more relaxed there than doing interviews and talking to people I don’t know.”

And it’s no wonder Rob likes the safety of movie sets — because that’s where he can escape the paparazzi!

Showbiz Spy reported Saturday that Pattinson and his Twi costar and rumored girlfriend Kristen Stewart have been forced to lock themselves away in their hotel suites because they’re desperate not to have their photos taken.

“Rob and Kristen hate not being able to leave their hotel when they’re not filming,” a source said. “But they can’t stomach being photographed all the time.

“Whenever Rob tries to leave the hotel, he’s swarmed by photographers. It’s the same for Kristen. They’re fed up with it.”

The source added that Pattinson, 23, and Stewart, 19, are keen to explore Vancouver, “but all the attention — from the fans and paparazzi — is getting a bit too much.”
