Robert Pattinson might stick with short hair!

The hunky British star chopped off his shaggy locks in preparation for his role in new movie Water For Elephants, which also stars Reese Witherspoon.

And Pattinson — who plays vampire Edward Cullen in the Twilight movie franchise — says he’s considering keeping his new style.

“I’m thinking Edward might have a little bit of a haircut in Breaking Dawn,” Rob told Access Hollywood.

“I feel so much better. You feel much more agile.”

Pattinson, 24, recently met Witherspoon’s kids — daughter Ava and son Deacon — on the set of their new movie.

“Ava seemed especially excited to meet him,” a source told People magazine.
