According to the Washington Post,Madame Tussaud's has done something pretty ridiculous with Robert Pattinson's wax statue.  Madame Tussaud's create a bleeding heart that now stands behind Rob Pattinson’s wax figure...:( 

Robert Pattinson — the actor who plays Edward Cullen in the “Twilight” films and has reportedly moved out of his home with co-star Kristen Stewart because of the cheating scandal that transfixed the globe (or at least Twi-hards) — is now officially broken-hearted. It’s for-real and for-true now, because Madame Tussauds in Hollywood has placed an actual bleeding heart behind its wax statue of Pattinson.

“In mourning the breakup of Twilight’s beloved real-life couple, Madame Tussauds Hollywood worked all night to create the enormous bleeding heart that now stands behind Rob Pattinson’s wax figure,” said the press release that arrived in my inbox mere moments ago and immediately became the best press release I’ve received this month, besting the emergency media alert I got earlier this week when Suri Cruise opted to wear Tretorns.

Based on the photo, it seems that when the publicist says Madame Tussauds “worked all night” on the heart, what she probably means is that staffers created it with some cardboard, glitter glue and assistance from several kids at a nearby “Twilight” day camp off of La Cienega Boulevard

But still: Look how sad. Poor RPatz is standing there in the dark . . . all alone . . . with nothing but a huge heart with a sparkly red rupture in it. He looks so distraught. Also, waxy.
