Robert Pattinson Vs. Courtney Love

I would take this with a huge grain of salt (it is the Daily Mirror) as I do not believe Robert would say the things they "claim" he said below & I resent the comments referring to fans as "crazed". See what you think...

Edward Cullen as Kurt Cobain? Say it ain't so...

Well, actually, it isn't, because Robert Pattinson
revealed in a Daily Mirror interview the rumors he might be
playing Kurt Cobain in an upcoming Nirvana biopic were totally false.

"For one thing, I'm too tall," he says. "And I can't sing like him, I'm
nothing like him."

Apparently singing like the subject of portrayal and being the same
height as them are really the only requirements to play another
celebrity in a musical biopic. Talent and acting ability aren't even
necessary. Are you insulted yet, Joaquin Phoenix and Jamie Foxx?

This should at least make Courtney Love happy, as she
had previously expressed distaste in the potential casting choice,
stating, "Isn't that so stupid, who would cast him? That's just wrong,
no offense [to Pattinson]. I watched the Twilight stuff very, very
recently and I get it, it resonates with the teenaged girl in me, I
understand epic love of that nature; I write about it all the time. But
isn't that silly?"

Apparently this comment hurt Pattinson's feelings because in the same Daily
Mirror interview, he proceeded to call Courtney a "d***" for
thinking that he was all wrong for the part. Why?

"You see all these comments, like from Courtney Love, saying 'What the
f***! He's totally wrong for it,' and I'm like, 'I f****** said no, you
d***!' I didn't get offered it."

Now, we all know Love loves pointless arguments and feuds, so we're just
gonna sit back and see what kind of epic catfight this can turn into.
Our bet's on Pattinson, if only because his crazed Twilight
fans would take Love down before she could touch a single greasy hair on
his head.
