It looks like he is but, I really don't think he's flipping off anyone on purpose. (Even though he should say "F-U" to some, not all, members of the media.) He's seems too kind and sincere to do something like that but, if he did....it was probably in response to some stupid a**, over the top media question in which I would say that person deserved it. Besides, even if he did.....we still love him anyway :-)
