Screencaps from 'Missing' - the new eclipse TV spot

This is obviously a new thread that wasn't in the book, because Charlie seems involved in the Riley case. But this confuses me, because i thought that he only worked in Forks, whereas Riley is of course in Seattle. I didn't read the leaked script, but does anyone know about this?
