Source: Kristen Stewart Drops Out of Cali
According to Gossipcop.
Kristen Stewart is dropping out of the upcoming movieCali, a source exclusively tells Gossip Cop.
We’ve reached out for a comment from the actress’ camp, but have not heard back.
Gossip Cop is told that Amber Heard has been asked to join the cast, although it’s not confirmed whether she’d be taking the part.
Heard’s rep would not comment.
The film, with Alex Pettyfer set to play the male lead, will be directed by Nick Cassavetes and revolves around lovers who sell a fake snuff film and run away, only to return to Los Angeles years later to rescue the woman’s younger sister from bad guys.
We’re checking to confirm whether Stewart, reportedly a producer on the film, is still involved in that capacity.
Gossip Cop also reached out to Voltage Productions, the company behind Cali.
Voltage declined to confirm Stewart’s status, but oddly noted that an announcement would be made soon.

What Kristen did was wrong, but you can't punish yourself your whole life for one bad decision. I just hope that if she truly did pull out it was her decision, and was made in an effort to try and mend her current situation.

God, Kristen must be hurting really bad and can concentrate on her carrer at the moment. I feel so bad. :(
Maybe dropping out is a way that she punishes herself. I hope fans who decided to turn their backs on her give a thought on this. Are you really happy seeing Kristen like that? Do you think Rob wnat her fail like that?

what is she doing to herself??? i know she is in pain but she cant stop living because she made one bad choice. i agree with you monica lo. no matter how upset rob is he still loves her and would not want this for her.

The director and financial backers probably didn't want all the drama that Kristen would bring at this time. Kristen's career will be fine. Look, Chris Brown is getting his career back and he beat up a woman!!
