“I was lost in fantasy land,” she told EW shortly after the Breaking Dawn-Part 2 panel. “I’m someone who strongly believes in reality with real children’s names. You don’t monkey around with people’s names. Whether they become a stripper or a lawyer in large part has to do with the name you give them. I think you have to be responsible with your kids’ names. I would never name a real child Renesmee.”

But, Meyer pointed out, the child of Edward and Bella could never have an ordinary name. “I could not have named this child Lindsay. You name her something that already exists and it’s wrong. You have to pick a name that was completely and totally unique which opens you up to some heckling.” She laughed. “I’ve taken my heckling! I totally get it.”

@leviathane Actually if you ever took economics you would know that experts discovered that people have better career options based on their given name. If a boss is looking over two applications, for example, one with the name Elizabeth and the other with the name Lavandi the boss will most likely chose the applicant with the name Elizabeth. I guess Steph isn't such an idiot now!
