Welcome Stina Riz's Weekly Fanfiction Recommendation blog post. Each week I'll recommend a piece of Twilight fan fiction, giving my opinion and rating it on a scale of one to 10 fangs with one fang being a dud and 10 being absolutely dazzling. Story Name: "Thy Beauty" by Subtlynice
Rating: T
Summary: Death, that hath suck'd the honey of thy breath, hath had no power yet upon thy beauty... -The final chapters of New Moon from Edward's perspective. Including Volterra, The Truth and Vote-
What I think: I am a total sucker for fanfiction in Edward's POV especially when its his perspective on one of my favorite moments of the series. Also, I know that if any of you all are like me you HATE getting into a great story only to find it isn't finished yet and you have to wait for an update. This story is finished, and its really great. I think the author really gets how Edward's mind is during these very pivotal moments at the end of New Moon.

Story Name: "If Love Could Light a Candle" by Pastiche Pen
Rating: M
Summary: Edward Cullen: telepath, vampire, and psychologist. When a new patient ignites unfamiliar feelings in his soul, can he reconcile his past with his future? A la Midnight Sun. Dark noir.
What I think: I have been following this story for about a month now, and I have to say its one of my favorites. It's an AU (Alternate Universe) story, with a different take on how Edward and Bella inevitably fall in love. Everyone who is supposed to be a vampire in the saga is a vampire in this story. Something really unique about this one is the fact that it flashes back to the short period in Edward's past where he rebelled from Carlisle's way of life and hunted humans, human criminals that is. Stephenie Meyer touched barely on this moment in Edward's life but through this extremely well written fic we get to see the Edward of the 1920's-30's. In every chapter the story also returns the present, and blossoming love between Edward and Bella.
My rating: 9/10

i actually came across the second story earlier today, i still have two chapters to read but i love it so far! and i read the other stories you recommended last week and they were awesome too!! so you definately have good taste in fan fiction, haha. i hope you dont mind if i add you, i want to keep up with your recommendations!!

Hi love the stories you recommended!!!!!! What i dont understand is these are short stories write, and if all the chapters their for the story are all or will their be a continuation to said story or are all finished stories. just curious so i'll noe to look out for the continuation.

Krystle - I don't think their will be a continuation to 'Thy Beauty' its just meant to cover Edward's thoughts at the end of New Moon :)

I liked it almost as much as Midnight Sun. The 'almost' is because this one has some s.e.x. in it and I prefer a ... clean plate. But at least it's not TOO explicit. Plus - hopefully- she'll finish her story, while Midnight Sun seems to be MIA for now. Thank you for having these TwiBonbons for us.
