i saw this ages ago in heat magazine, the caption said it was taken just after he'd been to the gym and you could see he had wet hair (hence the hood) so he probably just forgot the change of pants after showering lol. but seriously on that picture coz it was better quality you could see it wasn't just the pants, it's for real ;D
