I think is fake. It says he joined on February and the official twilight twitter hasn't confirmed it or is following it

Belinda: Actually he did announce his FB on live TV at the MTV Movie Awards and Alison did post a blog on that the other day. Its www.facebook.com/TaylorLautner

And back at Comic Con for New Moon, he mentioned that he did have a twitter but he never used it. this is the only account that hasn't had any activity up until today, so I'd say its believable. We'll just have to wait and see if it gets verified.

Only thing I have to say is that is Taylor did it its time for Kristen and Rob to do one too!

I have serious doubts that Kristen and Rob will ever get a twitter or FB account that's open to everyone, they are far to private.

And i also reckon they are fake because i've been following this account for a while... and all they are are resources about him... not actually him!!!!! Sorry to burst the bubble... but i've had trwitter for 3 years and this account has been made longer than me :)
