I'm sorry to say this, but in my opinion they screwed it up with Carlisle and a little bit less, but also, with alice.. Carlisle's just weird in the last 2 ones, I don't like that hairstyle, and Alice.. I mean, wasn't she suppossed to be this little ''dancing girl/elf'' with spiky hair?? that was her most distintive feature but as the movies go on, the hair's more sticked to her face.. I don't know.. it seems like a ''helmet'' or something..

Still, I'm glad the rest look great in every of them, and about Carlisle and Alice, I kinda tend to forget about their hair when I see them in the movie, talking and moving...

Carlisle, Esme, and Alice all looked the best in New Moon Jasper looked good in New moon and Eclipse, Emmett looks the best in the last two, and Rosalie looks the best in Eclipse and BD1

I liked it much better when Carlisle's hair was smoothed backwards. It give him a more elegant, sophisticated look, but in Breaking dawn 1 and 2 it looks too boyish. 

Esme: My favorite would probably be the New moon and Eclipse looks. Especially New Moon.

Alice: I loved the New Moon look, and Eclipse, and BD 2.

Jasper: Hahha to be honest, Jazz looks good in anything! BD 1 especially! 

Emmett: Well... same goes for Emmett, except the Twilight one... he just looks HUGE... My favorite look for Emmett would be BD 2!

Rosalie: BD 2 all the way! The New Moon wig was too.. stiff.. 

Over all they're really good, although Carlisle's hair was a little disappointing hahah
