even tho i havent seen the movie yet :( i agree with u cause it would have made more sence to write a novel about Riley because to me he playes a much larger part in the book than bree. i mean u could have gotten to know more about the fight between him and seth at the end and also u would have gotten to know more about victoria and the relationship between him and her :). i mean dont get me wrong i loved the bree tanner book and almost cried at the end of it and i really want to know what happened to Fred but i just think it would have made more sense if it was about Riley instead :)

i completely agree with you. I think a short story on Riley would have been better than Bree's. Although I liked Bree's story, I felt it wasn't necessary to read it before seeing Eclipse since she did have such a small part in the movie. They never even said her name in the movie. My husband didn't know who she was because he just watches the movies - didn't read the books - so I told him who she was, even though it didn't really matter. He was more interested in Riley too since his part was more impacting.

@Life can be tough...Shhh - I agree with you too that there should be stort stores on the other characters, as well. I recenly read a fan fiction story called Only Human where Bella goes back to 1918 to a Human Edward. It told the story of Edward's life with his parents as a Human. (it was a great story, BTW). As I was reading it, I was thinking that background stories would be GREAT on each of the characters - it would only further enhance my love for the series :)

The Short Second Life of Riley Biers. Maybe if Stephenie ever wrote a sequel to The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner it would be about Riley.
