Twifans, what do you do on a snow day!?
OK, for clarification to those of you who live due North, when it snows down here in the South, we get what's called a snow day which is like a free vacation day off of work. You don't have to make it up and depending on where you work you still get paid!
So as I sit here watching the snow fall outside, what am I doing? Catching up on my twifans blog reading of course! I'm also cooking some Injeera (Ethiopian bread) which is time-consuming because you have to cook each one slowly in a pan.
So when you have a snow day (or if you don't get them imagine one), what would you do?
