TWILIGHT SUCKS

get a grip on yourself people!!!!! if you want a real book, read harry potter!!!!

think about it. the moral of harry potter is about love, courage, and loyalty. the moral of twilight is go make out with a vampire/ wish to harm yourself to make yourself immortal. you might say bella loved edward, so twilights about love. ok so its bf/gf love. not real, true, family or friends love. and for courage, sure bella was "brave" for faceing edward and saying "im not scared of you" but shes also STUPID. harry potter accepts the fact of death, and twlight finds ways to go around it. this also says that vampires are too good to die, aka too good to live with God.

dont start saying i dont know what im talking about because im just a biased HP fan. ive read all 4 twilight books. ill give stephanie meyer props for the first one, which was written well. but the storyline of the general series....... just awful. no one should say that one is better than the other, harry potter OR twilight, until they have honestly read both. i have and therefore i say that HARRY POTTER RULES ALL AND NOTHING ELSEEEE

also for some of you who would like to try reading the genius works of JK Rowling, ask yourself this question. what do you like about twilight? the adventure? the love? the creatures? if you answered yes to adventure, then youll find plenty within the pages of harry potter. if you said yes to love, then youll find some happiness in HP, but little. there is love but not quite as extreme as twilight. if you said yes to creatures, then youll love the creaturwes in harry potter. there is a very kindly werewolf, though only one evil vampire. instead youll find giants, owls, rats, snakes, dogs, werewolves, centuars, toads, ferrets, and crumple-horned snorkacks. like what you just heard? TRY HARRY POTTER

You're mature. i have read all the harry potter books like 3 times each, and i like them and i like twilight too, i also like the eragon books, and the inkheart books. it is possible to read and like more than one book or book series at a time. i will admit that i had the same view as you until i read the books i couldn't understand all the fuss, but now i know they are an extremely well written series witha great classic storyline. i wonder if the reason you don't like it is because you haven't read them or you are just to close minded to enjoy a good love story.

I agree with you when you say that HP contains adventure, love and creatures, but I have to disagree with you when you say that it has more to offer than Twilight.
Twilight is more than that. It's not about the fact that Edward is a vampire. It's like JG said, about tolerance, patience and above that all, finding true love.
Like I said, I was sad when the HP story was over, but then, Twilight came into my life, and I fell in love with the story.
maybe you should wait a year or two and try to read it again. maybe you'll appreciate it more then. ;)
