US Eclipse DVD Release Date?

Even though Eclipse has been in theaters for a mere 10 days, that hasn’t stopped fans from speculating about when they can get their own personal copy, one readily available for home viewing. While no official DVD release date has yet been announced, if Summit follows past practice, the disc should be out about 120 days after the theater release. If we’ve done the math right, that should be October 29, 2010 — allowing for the traditional Friday midnight release party. But if you’re concerned about being one of the first to get it, we recommend signing up for an email alert from Amazon.
