Vampires & Werewolves Beat Down Batman's Opening Weekend Figures!!
Vampires and werewolves have vanquished a dark knight. "The Twilight Saga: New Moon" took in $72.7 million in its first day to break the single day domestic box office record previously held by "The Dark Knight," which had a $67.2 million opening day last year.

Take that Batman! lol I am actually really PROUD that we Twilighters did this....and the movie was so worth it. The cast was phenomenal and Chris Weitz did a beautiful job.

how could it fail...it's just the most A-MAZING movie, well if they were waiting to see how New Moon and Eclipse do before commiting to Breaking Dawn, I think the answer has been provided by the loyal and wonderful Twilight fans already!
