A "Squee" is the noise a female (mostly, female) makes when she sees something about her favorite star or the actual star themselves.

How to re-create the noise:

say the word Squee (Sk-wee).
Now, say it in a high pitched noise that almost sounds like a hushed scream of delight.
Make sure you are smiling from ear to ear.
It helps if you fan your self profusely or shake your fists back and forth in excitement.

That... is a "Squee"
