It has been revealed from the Louisiana Film Commission which scene from the anticipated final installment of the Twilight movie franchise will be filming very near to the Baton Rouge area.
Recently, Summit Entertainment announced that filming for the franchise's final chapter, Breaking Dawn, will partially take place in New Orleans and Baton Rouge, Louisiana, as well as in Canada (where the preceeding three movies [Twilight, New Moon & Eclipse] were filmed). The Louisiana Film Commission has disclosed that members of the Breaking Dawn production crew have completed scouting the locations they are planning to use for the film. I don't think I have to remind all of the Twifans that the movie shall be released in two parts-Breaking Dawn 1 and Breaking Dawn 2 to allow more of the book to become alive on the big screen and to ensure the fans don't miss a single word from the final book in the saga.
The scene to be filmed will be the epic battle between the Cullen clan, who are joined by the Quileute wolf pack and their vampire friends, and the notorious Volturi. The scene, which shall moslty be taken from the novel, has been extended to include several physical fights. This anticipated scene should include the part where Bella uses her new found power to fend off the Volturi and to protect the Cullen Clan and their friends.
As you can imagine, the exact area the production team has decided on is being kept tightly under wrap to avoid twi-hards like us from lurking around to catch glimpses of our favorite stars. Personally, I might pull a Riley and Bree and be lurking in some nearby water and come up out of it to drool over my favs. I might even use my dad's camo he uses for hunting to sit in some trees and blend into the landscape. Wait, I got it, we can all buy fake deers and does, post them strategically around the area and hide behind them. Geez, I'm brilliant. Yes, I am kidding guys, I won't be in a puddle of water breathing thru a straw, hiding in a tree wearing camo or hiding behind a deer. I will have to find something more original than that. LMBO.
In case you haven't marked your calendars Twifans, Breaking Dawn Part 1 is scheduled for release in theatres November 18th, 2011.
