It's wonderful to know that Twilight leads the nominations in the 2009 Teen Choice Awards with 12 nominations, if you add the one for Music: Rock Group (Paramore) its 13. Please... Don't forget to vote... you can go to... http://www.teenchoiceawards.com/index.php ... The deadline is August 1st and you can vote once a day! ... Then don't forget to tune in to the awards on Monday, August 10 at (8:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX and see how our votes made the difference...

Wildly popular vampire romance hit 'Twilight' has nabbed the most nominations for this year's Teen Choice Awards. Read on to see what categories the hit film earned noms in …
'Twilight' earned a whopping 12 nominations for the 2009 Teen Choice Awards, including nominations for Choice Movie: Drama and Choice Movie: Romance.
Robert Pattinson earned an acting nomination for his role as vampire hunk Edward Cullen, and Kristen Stewart earned an acting nomination for her role as Bella Swan. Robert also earned a Male Hottie nomination.
Rob and Kristen together earned a nom for their steamy kiss under the Movie: Liplock category.
Cam Gigandet earned a Movie: Villain nomination, while stars Ashley Greene, Nikki Reed and Taylor Lautner earned nominations in the Fresh Face categories.
The film was also nominated in the Movie Rumble category for Edward Cullen's (Robert Pattinson) fight against James (Cam Gigandet), and for Choice Music: Soundtrack.

'Twilight' leads with 12 Teen Choice Awards nods; 'HSM3' and 'Gossip Girl' get 10 each
"Slumdog Millionaire" may be the reigning Oscar champ, but it ran far behind "Twilight" when nominations for the 11th annual Teen Choice Awards were announced. The teen vampire romance snagged 12 nods, while the movie about a would-be millionaire in Mumbai managed only half that many. The two films face off for best drama as well as actor (Robert Pattinson and Dev Patel) and actress (Kristen Stewart and Freida Pinto).
At last month's MTV Movie Awards, "Twilight" won five awards, including best film. The Teen Choice Awards boasts many more categories, with seven surfboards handed out for top films as well as actor and actress in the following genres: action/adventure, bromantic comedy, comedy, drama, horror/thriller and music/dance.
In second place among the movies was "High School Musical 3," which scored 10 nominations, including best music/dance movie and four acting nods (Corbin Bleu, Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudgens, and Ashely Tisdale).
