Water For Elephants Opens Big (Estimates)

According to gossipcop.com Water For Elephants is doing pretty damn good on its opening weekend .. Woohoo :)

Estimate figures have it at Number Three in the box office behind 'Rio' and 'Madea’s Big Happy Family'. Water for Elephants is tracking toward a $19 million take, exceeding studio expectations.

I am so happy it is doing so well already .. I cannot wait until the UK release to see it, I just hope it does just as well this side of the Atlantic .. I've started rounding all my friends to go see it when it's out :)

Come on UK fans we can reach the bar that the US has set lets support Rob and get that film to number 1 in the Box Office and make it a Box Office Smash. I am going opening night with four friends and i am more than confidedent to say that i will be spending the month of May at the Cinema watching only this film and also June, July, Augest.. intill it comes out the Cinema. Comment by Sharion Hardaway on April 23, 2011 at 5:24pm: Saw it today. It was wonderful!!! Ticket taker at our movie theatre asked if I was there Friday night. I told her no. She said it was sold out...woot!!! That doesn't happen a lot around here so I was really pleased. Our showing was Saturday at 1:05 pm. Wasn't sold out but there was a nice crowd. I'll definitely go see it again. Rob was good, really, really good in this movie.
