Which 'Twilight' Scenes Could Use A Revamp?

Taylor Lautner and Kristen Stewart in "Eclipse"

As Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart go back for re-shoots, MTV News asks fans what scenes need a makeover.

In light of the news that Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are headed back to the "Breaking Dawn -- Part 2" set for a few re-shoots, this week's Twilight Tuesday posed the question: If you could have any scene in any of the previous films re-shot, which one would you revamp? (Pun intended!)

As always, the members of the knowledgeable and passionate "Twilight" fan community responded to the query with gusto. Some folks want to see extended versions of their favorite scenes, some are still displeased with the book-to-film adaptation in certain areas and some requested they re-shoot entire films altogether. But there are two scenes that a majority of fans agreed could use a makeover: the meadow scene in "Twilight" and Edward and Bella's reunion in "New Moon." Here's a sampling of our favorite responses and suggestions:-

@: The meadow scene. It was THE ONE scene they had to capture perfectly (it was Steph's dream) and it's really bad.

@: Eclipse- Bella getting on Jake's bike in the school parking lot. Never shoulda happened.

@: The scene where Bella kisses Jacob in Eclipse, instead she would just push him off the mountain.

@: Edward and Bella's reunion in New Moon. Wish it was more like the book version. Too short and passively handled in the film. I'm not a fan of how Melissa Rosenberg writes Edward & Bella scenes. Their reunion in her bedroom (New Moon) felt very rushed.

@: The meadow scene by far. It's the most important scene in Twilight and was completely botched in the movie. Huge disappointment.

@: The Twilight scene when the "bad" vamps crash the game and Cullens get defensive. Liked at first but now I giggle every time!

@: Twilight's meadow scene. Wasn't how I imagined it. I wish they added the Twi lunch scenes between Ed/Bella too...

@: "I know what you are." "Say it." "Vampire." Such bad acting.

@: Good LORD that heinous "Wolves at the lumbermill" scene from Breaking Dawn. The Eclipse Forest Frolic is a close second.

@: Bella's speech at the end of Eclipse and her riding away with Jacob on the motorcyle. Both scenes were ridiculous and horrible.

@: New Moon - the post-Italy scenes. In the book it's so swoonily romantic...in the movie it's just dull.

These re-shoot suggestions are all true but the #1 scene that definitely needs to be redone is Alice's vision in New Moon where Edward and Bella are running through the woods like Hansel and Gretel.

I agree with the wolves in the lumber yard in BD part 1. Their voices are terrible in that scene. My jaw dropped in a bad way when seeing that in the theater and re-watching it on dvd.

I agree the New Moon scene Alice's vision with the frolicking was horrible, especially Bella's dress...I agree with the Majority of those listed above...Just New Moon alone when Bella saves Edward is much more romantic in the book and things he says to her as well..so missed that from the movie...

I think Eclipse should be redone and drcted by Chris Weitz. There is aned for more ake/Bella romane and more kisses shared between the two not to mention there are too many newborn scenes.

I agree with all these. My problem with Eclipse is they changed the personalities of the chracters from the books. One scene that I really wished was changed is when the three pulled up after Jacob kissed Bella. The book version was funny and they changed the whole thing. I understand they can't get everything into a movie and some changes have to be made but wow.

I agree with most.... in the movies they diluted the love story between Bella & Edward.  They make Edward seem jealous and childish when really he is far more mature at 100+ yrs old.  Bella's young and can only see what is "hear & now" while Edward is cautious and doesn't want her to regret any decisions she makes.  I missed the scene in Eclipse when Edward came back from his hunting trip expecting Bella to really give it to him because she was so mad at him for holding her hostage.  She had that run - in with Jacob and instead of being glad that Jacob & Bella had a falling out he told her he never wanted to see her hurt and so he wasn't mad at her for going. In fact he compromised on what Bella wanted and quit trying to keep.  Also the scene when Edward came to the house after Jacob kissed her.  Bella wanted Edward to hurt Jacob because she was so mad at him for kissing her.  Again, Edward showed great incite by telling her "you would be upset in the morning" knowing that after she calmed down she wouldn't really want Edward to hurt Jacob.  Instead they just mad Edward look like he was a jealous teenager.

I love and totally wanted the scene in New Moon towards the end where Edward is runnng to his house with Bella and she tells him about the voices she heard.
