To me, that looks like an innocent whisper. If he was kissing her, his lips would have been smushed. I zoomed and they're a normal shape. Sorry, guys.
Also, her bra strap is twisted and it's annoying me. But hey, what can you do?

Ummmm HELLOOOO. That really doesn't look like nothing to me. I'm really not desperate to prove anything here...but I'm being honest. it really looks like he like pecked the back of her neck. HIS LIPS ARE TOUCHING HER SKIN. Gosh, i wouldn't be saying this if it weren't true. I'm trying to look at it to see if it's something else..but all I'm getting here is a kiss. WOW.

For those of you who are saying that he's whispering in her ear...ummm...her ear is completely angled away from his face firstly. And secondly....his lips are seriously touching her skin! im sorry. I can't come to any other conclusion here. I'm at a loss for words...
