They don't have to. People will see the movie regardless. Yes not as many people will see the movie as the movies before but Summit have made their money already.

Im not very particular in Movies Poster.. the important thing is the whole movie..and that's the main thing they selling.

I personally liked then New Moon and Eclipse one :) 

I cant wait to see the the poster with just the Cullen's :) they are normally the better ones

i like the  poster.  jacob  is not between edward and bella.  he is off to the  side and they are holding each other.  it says "   yes jacob is  part of the story  but the  triangle  is ovewr"

i don't particularly like the breaking dawn one, looks photoshopped and all over the place, but the others i like, but a crap poster certainly won't stop me watchin the film, they'd be holding ice skating in hell b4 that happened ;-)

That's exactly what I thought Rhiannon! Everyone is coupled up except Jacob, but he is a pivotal part of the story to not leave him from the poster. Did I mention that, Edward and Bella are dressed in their honeymoon outfits! Did anyone else notice that? I think they did a good job with this one, but not sure if it's worth buying.

exactly!!!   after  3 movies and  3 yrs you would  think people  would  realize the movies are not going to be  direct  readings  of the books.    no   movie  made from   a book ever is.  but from  what  i have seen  bill condon  worked his  ass off  on  BD  1&2.   so  can we all just be grateful and  stop  belly aching  over every  little  detail!!
