ALL GUESTS are contracted to appear and all convention contracts specify that appearances are subject to change as film and television work demands
take precedence as can a personal conflict. Our events will take place
whether a specific guest cancels or not (we always try to book
replacements) and therefore we can not issue admission ticket or ticket
package refunds if a particular guest does not fulfill their appearance
contract. If you purchase separate autograph or photo ops with a guest
that cancels, you have the option of using those funds as "cash" at the
event or returning the unused autograph or photo op ticket to us for a
refund. Please note prior to purchasing your tickets that you are
buying a ticket for The Official TWILIGHT CONVENTION
and not for specific guest appearance(s). We will not be able to refund
admission ticket money if guests change. We will be delivering an
awesome weekend of Twilight fun with lots of great guests and thank you
for your support.

Well, it is true...I am a total Twi-fan. After falling in love with the books and reading them a zillion times, I convinced all my family to get hooked. So much so, that at the Eclipse premiere we had 25 family members attend, including my hubby, son, my 75 year old mom and all my Aunts, siblings, etc. We had a ball. My niece made me the cutest plaque for Christmas that has pegs on it and says..."OCD----Obsessive Cullen Disorder. My Aunt made us a Twilight trivia game, and of course I have Edward reciting Romeo and Juliet on my cell phone--much to by husbands chagrin. But, being the wonderful Edward himself...he has gone with me several times to each movie and supported my love of the beauty of Twilight. Hope to see you in Salt Lake City!

What makes me a Twilight fan? Well, the posters of the book covers on my wall, the wall decals of Edward quotes, the sand-art picture I made a year ago of a wolf and an eclipse ribbon, the actual Eclipse ribbon I made out of a giant piece of ribbon I found to hang on my wall, the icons I've drawn that have little Twilight innuendos, my T-shirts, my several copies of the books, how I write all over my jeans about how much I love it, and constantly post quotes on my facebook from it are certainly a part of it. But it's more than just merchandise and all the Jazz (haha, Jazz, Jasper, get it? lol...sorry). I'm being 110 percent literal when I say that I love Twilight more than absolutely anything on this Earth. The characters are so believable, lovable, and real to me. And, holy crow, I wish they were real! I've read the series countless time, and I each time it's just as magical. And, though I may sound like a freak when I say this, I cry myself to sleep a lot because I wish I could be in Bella's place, or have someone as wonderful as Edward, even if it would take me all the pain she went through. If I did have the chance though, to take Bella's place, I wouldn't do it. As much as I would LOVE to be with Edward, that sparkling man of loveliness, I would feel so immensely guilty, knowing that I don't deserve him, that I'm not HER. Bella and Edward belong together, not some obsessive fangirl like myself. But I never stop dreaming. I would die for either of them, and all of the Cullens, including Jake. If it meant saving that wonderful family the heartache, I would do it in a heartbeat. I've never been out of my home state, barely out of my neighborhood because vacations are just so darn expensive, and to be able to leave for an opportunity like this!? It'll probably be the best thing that will ever happen to me...unless I meet Stephenie Meyer later in my life, which I am adamant to do; I WILL meet her. I don't care if we're both old ladies in wheelchairs that can barely hear and gossip about bingo tournaments and rotten kids. I will get into that woman's brain. She created my reason for everything, my thoughts, and I love her for that. Every time I read a passage of Twilight or Twilight fanfiction, I tear up at how blessed that whole family is, even Jake, who didn't get his girl until the very end. Twilight means the world to me, and I don't know where I'd be without it.
You don't know how thankful I'd be to get out of this boring town that's only twice as big as Forks to do something that I'm dedicated to; Twilight. Pick me? (:

My camera's not working for some reason, and I wanted take a picture of my huge Eclipse ribbon, but I can't. So here's a picture of an icon I made about a year ago that's hanging on my wall...I think it pretty much sums it all up, lol. Thanks so much for running this contest! Even knowing that I get a small chance to go to something like that blows my mind! :D

There's so many things i could say about twilight, but unfortunately i only have so much space! I started reading twilight a year ago and fell in love instantly. How could i not? I've read twilight so many times i have lost count! I have 36 posters of the twilight cast on my wall. (if it was my way i would have painted my wall read with all the twilight cover icons and i would have personally painted Edward and Bella on the wall!) Since i'm unable to do that...I had to stick with hand making a one of a kind twilight blanket! The whole entire thing took me 4 weeks just to cut out the pieces and sew them on! Between stabbing myself with needles and loss of sleep...i finally finished it! It's red and black with the twilight symbols on one side and 'Team Edward on the other! On top of the blanket, i have cut my hair like alice and got the cullen's contacts. I even wear the cullen crest and wear sparkle on my face so i look like a vampire in the sunlight! My parents always ask me the same question...."why do you read that book so much?" My answer is always the same:"For the sheer enjoyment of forbidden love, vampires, and because it's the best book in the whole world!" I Treasure my twilight books so much that i won't let anyone touch them without my permission! I anyone touches them i know about it! I make cakes for edward's birthday and i even sing happy birthday! Twilight has inspired me to live out my dreams and express myself. I am determined to stay a true twilight fan forever. when i get older i want to have a son so i can name him E.J.(edward jacob) because bella ended up with a girl! When I have a job, my office will have something twilight. how will i do this you ask? Well i'll tell you how. By never letting go. This is just a phase you say. Well i'll prove you wrong! With out twilight i wouldn't be who i am today;a fun, loving, individual with a dream and a love for reading. Without twilight i don't know how i would have gotten through my parents' recent divorce. If I were to win these convention tickets, i would be the luckiest and happiest girl in the entire world. And you can take that to the bank! So before you decide...would a true twilight fan make a blanket, get contacts, cut her hair, or change her style all for a book? Maybe, but do you know anyone else who is willing to save money so she could put her twilight books in a fire and bulletproof glass case? Think about it!

I am gonna sit here and say that i am the biggest twilight fan like so many other fans on here, and i believe we all are!! Twilight has changed so many peoples lifes including mine and its incredible. I love everthing about twilight from the first word in twilight to the last word in breaking dawn! i have also got people and work hooked and my best friends, one of my best friends was so anti-twilight becasue of how much i am obbessed with it and how i would go on about it, that one day in her car i explained the plot of all four books to her and she said that i explained them so intense she had to go buy all four books. And she read them in one week her life came to a stand still and now she owns twilight and new moon on dvd and both the soundtracks and also went to the cinema to see eclipse and she cant wait for breaking dawn (and she is team edward) like me. I love the books so much i have read the saga 5 times and still plan to read them alot more, and the films are amazing i watched twilight 6 times at the cinema and also new moon and eclipse 10 times and i went to all midnight showings. I look forward to reading the books and watching the films because in this day and age i feel that no body is faithful within relationships and i am not saying everybody. But twilight is that faithful amazing compasstionte love that everybody wants edward is the perfect boyfriend and you read the saga and thats what you want for yourself, i cant explain how much i love twilght its such a big part of my life now and it still will be when the films are done, i am currently making some scrap pages for Robert Pattinson (Who i am so in love with) about how i connect with him and i am sending them to the U.S the end of this month. Also i have a twilight room i have a poster of edward and Robert lots of pics of Robert and a calander of Robert, twilght blanket and team edward pillow loads of twilight stuff. I think twilight is amazing and i would be very grateful if i won this oppurunity to go i would cry, i have never known a saga and the films to have such an impact on my life no other film or book ever has. Before twilight i never enjoyed reading, I am a pround twilight fan and will be for the rest of my life!!

So who was the lucky winner?
Comment by Mrs.Cope on September 15, 2010 at 9:34pm
Hi. I'm Mrs. Cope, and I'm a Twilight fan.
I know, I know, it sounds as if I'm at a meeting, standing up in the midst of friends to declare my issue out loud and definitively. And that's where I am - in a meeting of other friends with the same issue I have, my love of Twilight.
My "affliction" has affected my life, I have to admit.
A large part of my day to day conversation, is centered around the Saga, related to the Saga or reminiscent of the Saga or its characters. I see the traits of the characters in people I admire most: loving, compassionate, beautiful, strong, wise, emotional, iron-willed, attentive and talented.
Twilight's the primary focus of my daydreams, giving me a richer inner life and inspiring me to put my thoughts to [virtual] paper. Writing is now an indulgence I can’t live without, whether it’s my own stories and characters, Twilight fan fiction, or a parody or song I’ve written.
Twilight is with me wherever I go. My car is one of my safe harbors for my affliction: Twilight, New Moon and Eclipse soundtracks and scores vibrate the roof of my vehicle; books on the iPod are run and rerun and rerun again. The car itself sports Twilight quotes: See me coming, you know I’m ‘Team Edward’ (front license holder); see me going, it’s obvious ‘I drive like a Cullen’ (back license holder); take care on the drivers side (‘Be Safe’, in Edward’s lovely hand) and watch out on the passenger side (‘You better hold on tight, Spider Monkey’, again in Edward’s beautiful script). I can nap on my Eclipse Team Edward pillow and keep out a chill with my Eclipse Team Edward blanket.
My everyday activities, things most people do normally and take for granted have been altered by this affliction as well. Take music. My love of music had drifted away from me over the years. Now, people are often surprised to see this “older” woman rocking out to Supermassive Black H***, Monsters or With You in My Head. I must be honest and tell you, my friends, that when the music is cranked up and engulfing me, I am at my most intoxicated.
Even though this is all true, I’m not suffering from this issue. I'm proud to stand and declare myself among my family and my acquaintances. My friends have grown exponentially through Twilight, from men (yes, I've created a few newborn men) and women in the grocery stores, bookstores and hospitals, to a little girl waiting to see her dad at jail who saw me reading "her favorite book". (That was a wonderful conversation. Even better? Hearing to this eight year old trying to tell her dad about it over the prison phone.)
Oh, I have my Twilight buddies, ready to join me for a trip to Forks, Los Angeles red carpet premiere, or to join in book purchases (of the Saga, of course) for teens across the country.
Yes, my Twilight issue has affected even my marriage. I am alive, I am happy, and my husband reaps the rewards of that joy. I am physically and emotional changed. And I am thankful for the change.
Am I the biggest fan? Look inside your heart and tell me you don’t feel the same.
I may not be the biggest fan ever, but I am certainly one of the most grateful.

I know I entered late. I could not have attended, and would have been chagrinned if I'd been selected. But I did want to share what it means to me, because it means so much.
